Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
